We spend the first week understanding your domain, not writing code. We map the full workflow, identify where the system will be pressured, surface the integration risks, and document the constraints that will shape every architectural decision that follows. Architect

Turn ambiguity into boundaries, data contracts, and delivery decisions.

With the domain mapped, we design the system, not the UI. Data models, service boundaries, API contracts, RBAC structure, and multi-tenancy approach. Every architectural decision is documented with its rationale and the trade-off we accepted. Future engineers can read why the system is shaped the way it is.

Build

Ship senior-led loops with traceable scope and working software.

Two-week sprints. Senior engineers on every meaningful piece of work. Scope is locked at the start of each sprint, not renegotiated mid-week. Every sprint ends with working software, not a progress update. Technical debt goes in the backlog with a remediation plan, never accumulated in silence.

Harden

Pressure-test performance, observability, handoff, and scale.

Before handoff, the system goes through a hardening phase, load testing, edge case coverage, error observability, runbook documentation, and structured knowledge transfer. We don't disappear after go-live. The first two weeks post-launch we are on call for production issues.
