Dipin started writing software in 2007. Over 19 years he has led engineering across fintech, healthcare, logistics, and EdTech — building systems that run in production for clients across Italy, UAE, the US, and India. His background spans architecture, product thinking, UX design, and technical leadership.
He founded 7Unit to build the studio he always wished existed: senior-led from day one, architecture before code, and accountable for outcomes long after the handoff. The name reflects a philosophy — seven disciplines in one unit: product, architecture, frontend, backend, data, infrastructure, and AI.
Outside engineering, Dipin practises air rifle shooting at ISSF competition level and has a long-standing interest in space systems and public data infrastructure.

We slow down at the architecture stage so we never have to stop at the production stage. Every decision is documented. Every trade-off is recorded. Future engineers can read why the system is shaped the way it is — and make informed changes without breaking what was already working.

Multi-tenant AI cost accountability platform. Tracks token usage across LLM providers, attributes costs per tenant, and flags anomalies. We built this because we needed it — our own multi-tenant AI systems had no clean way to attribute LLM costs to individual clients. The problem turned out to be universal.
AI-powered sales CRM with lead qualification, built on the same WhatsApp-native architecture as Closer CRM. Used internally for 7Unit's own pipeline management. The same pattern we build for UAE clients runs our own sales process.
AI operations agent running our internal project coordination, team tracking, and delivery oversight across our remote team. We trust this system to run our own operations.
