Agreement to terms
These Terms of Use (Terms) govern your access to and use of the website at www.7unit.tech and related pages operated by 7Unit (defined below). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Who we are
7Unit refers to 7Unit Innovations LLC-FZ, a free zone limited liability company in the United Arab Emirates, and 7Unit Softwares Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India, trading together as 7Unit. Depending on the context, the contracting or operating entity may differ; these Terms apply to your use of the public website regardless of which group entity hosts or maintains a particular system.
Use of the website
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and browse the site for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content except as allowed by applicable law or with our prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable law or infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, servers, or networks.
- Upload malware or harmful code, or probe vulnerabilities without authorisation.
- Use the site to send unsolicited bulk communications or spam.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe these rules are breached.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, trade marks, logos, text, graphics, and underlying software are owned by 7Unit or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence above, no rights are granted. Case studies and portfolio descriptions may reference client names or marks with permission; those third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
Third-party services
The site may link to or embed third-party tools (for example scheduling, analytics, advertising measurement, or content delivery). That includes providers such as Cal.com for booking, Plausible and Google for analytics when enabled, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for lead ads and, when configured, the Meta Pixel on our pages. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Professional services
Descriptions of capabilities, case studies, and methodologies on this site are illustrative. They do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. A separate written agreement (such as a statement of work, master services agreement, or order form) is required before any engineering engagement, fees, or deliverables are binding.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7Unit and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the site or inability to use the site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site (other than liability that cannot be limited under applicable law) shall not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us specifically for access to the site in the twelve (12) months before the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
Separate contractual terms govern paid engineering work; those agreements control for their subject matter.
Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 7Unit and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights — except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data — including analytics, Meta lead forms, and the Meta Pixel when enabled — is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge that policy.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction's laws. Subject to mandatory consumer protections where you reside, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the site — except that we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be communicated by other reasonable means where appropriate.
